VAT is not applied to the fees.
2. Scope of Service
Through the website, Tatarinov Coach offers pre-structured digital programs (e.g., technical PDF sheets and video materials) and individual online coaching services for physical and sports training focused on Armwrestling.
3. Purchases and Payments
The purchase of services and digital products is processed through the secure Stripe payment platform. At the time of purchase, for regular invoicing purposes, the buyer's billing details will be requested. No credit card data is stored on our servers.
4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of digital content on a non-material medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's express agreement and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. Therefore, by purchasing and receiving the digital programs, the user explicitly waives the right of withdrawal and no refunds will be issued.
5. Limitation of Liability (Medical Disclaimer)
The programs, training sheets, and advice provided are purely for informational and sporting purposes. They do not constitute medical or physiotherapeutic advice. The user assumes full responsibility for their physical fitness to practice sports and releases Tatarinov Sergio from any civil and criminal liability for any injuries, physical damage, or health problems resulting from the execution of the proposed exercises.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided, including but not limited to PDFs, videos, training sheets, and texts, are the exclusive intellectual property of Tatarinov Sergio. The reproduction, sharing, distribution, or resale to third parties of such materials is strictly prohibited. In case of violation, the Owner reserves the right to take legal action and immediately suspend access to the services.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute that may arise regarding the validity, interpretation, or execution of this contract, the Court of Rome shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
