My Competitive and Coaching Journey

I have won national and international championships at the senior level, and in recent years many of my students have become champions themselves.

I train according to the scientific method of the Eastern European school: guaranteed progress, solid technique, concrete results. Since 2021, online coaching has become my profession, with over 700 structured programs in this period, a method tested to improve technique and performance. I offer digital programs and individual coaching, with a personalized approach based on video analysis, periodization and continuous adaptation.
