No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed, as it is not required for this type of activity.

2. Data Collected and Purpose

We collect your personal and contact data (e.g., name, email, phone number) exclusively to provide the coaching services and consultations requested, to reply to your inquiries (email, WhatsApp, Telegram) and to fulfill accounting and tax obligations. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. No credit card data is processed or stored on our servers.

The legal basis for processing is: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (for coaching services and purchases), compliance with legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting rules), and your consent (e.g. for optional analytics/marketing cookies, revocable at any time). Providing data necessary to perform the requested service is mandatory: without it we will not be able to provide the service.

3. Data Recipients and Transfers

Your data may be shared with trusted third parties acting as external data processors or autonomous controllers, limited to what is necessary: Stripe (payment processing), the website hosting provider, and messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram) if you choose to contact us through them. Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. USA); in such cases, transfers are based on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the provider, as described in their respective privacy policies.

Your data will never be sold to third parties or used for purposes other than those indicated in this policy.

4. Data Retention

Contact data collected to reply to inquiries is kept for the time needed to handle the request and, in any case, no longer than 24 months in the absence of further contact. Data related to purchased services and invoicing is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and, afterward, for 10 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations under Italian law. Cookie preferences are stored locally in your browser until you change them or clear your browser data.

5. User Rights (GDPR)

Under articles 15-22 of the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your data, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You can exercise these rights by sending a written request via email to the contacts published on the site.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali - www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your habitual residence.

The services offered through this website are intended for adult users. If you are under 18, please use these services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

7. Automated Decision-Making

We do not use automated decision-making processes, including profiling, that produce legal effects concerning you or significantly affect you.
